How it works: the smarter way to ship your package
- Sign up with ePost and get your US address.
- Shop at your favorite online stores.
- Your items are received at your US address. From this point you will start receiving email notifications about the status of your package (if you don't receive them, check your junk mail).
- We recommend you log in to our system and create a pre-alert of your package and upload your invoice to speed up the process.
- Your package is shipped to Aruba.
- We declare your package locally and it is inspected by customs.
- When your package is ready you will be notified to pick it up, or we can deliver it to your selected address.

Shipping charges from Miami to Aruba by weight, in AWG (Aruban florin). When the dimensional weight of a package is greater than its actual weight, the dimensional weight is charged.

Consolidation service
Consolidation combines 2 or 3 packages for one customer into a single small mother bag. A consolidated shipment can contain a maximum of three packages. The contents are not removed from their original boxes.
- Lower chargeable weight: each package is not rounded up. The actual weight of all inner packages applies, and only the total consolidated weight is rounded up to the next lb.
- One fixed handling fee no matter how many packages you consolidate. The more you order and consolidate, the more you save.
- Easier pickup: you collect one bag instead of several pieces.
Consolidation fee: AWG 25,00 handling fee, in addition to freight, insurance and import taxes.
How to sign up for consolidation
- Send an email to customerservice@postaruba.com asking to be added to our “Authorized Customer Consolidation List”.
- Once you are signed up, all your packages are consolidated automatically. If you want an exception, let us know by email.
The consolidation process
- When one of your packages arrives at our Miami warehouse, you receive an email notification from Post Aruba N.V.
- Scroll down in that email to find three buttons: INSTRUCTIONS, HOLD and UPLOAD FILES. The Instructions button is not used for consolidation.
- First, click UPLOAD FILES to upload the invoice for the package.
- Then go back to your email and click HOLD. Don’t click any of the other buttons once the package is on hold, as that overrides the command. Do both steps as soon as you receive the email, otherwise the package ships on the next flight.
- Repeat for the other packages that arrive that week or the next. Packages can stay on hold for up to 2 weeks.
- Once your last package has arrived and is on hold, send an email to customerservice@postaruba.com or a WhatsApp message to 592 6080, telling us to release and consolidate the packages on hold.
- Instructions can be given from Monday until Thursday at 12 noon. The consolidated shipment leaves the following Monday.
Note: pieces larger than 28" x 39.5" are treated as loose pieces (LP) and cannot be consolidated.
