About this service
When a parcel arrives for you at Post Aruba, we'll notify you it's here. Before it can be released, customs needs the invoice(s) for the items inside to clear it. Once that's done, your parcel is ready for pickup.
How it works
- You receive a notification that your parcel has arrived at our office.
- Email the invoice(s) for your parcel to mpc@postaruba.com so customs can clear it.
- Your parcel is ready for pickup 2 business days after we receive your invoice email.
Pickup location
Parcels are ready for pickup at our Oranjestad office by default. If your address is in the San Nicolas district, your package is automatically handed over to our San Nicolas branch for pickup instead.
Prefer it delivered?
Can't make it to pick up your parcel? We can deliver it directly to your preferred address for an additional fee of AWG 17,50.
Can someone else pick it up for me?
Yes. If you can't collect your package yourself, you can authorize another person to pick it up on your behalf. Download and fill in the authorization form below, and have the authorized person bring it along with their own valid ID.
DOWNLOAD AUTHORIZATION FORMReturn of packages
Packages are held free of charge for 15 calendar days from the date of arrival or notification. After that, storage charges apply. If a package isn't picked up within 2 months of arrival, it may be returned to the sender.
